Day 1

  • Arrival Bandaranaike International Airport
  • Explore the Colonial City of Negombo and the fishing markets in Negombo harbor 
  • Overnight stay in a Hotel in Negombo 

Day 2

  • Travel to the southern costal city of Bentota and check-in to a hotel in Bentota 
  • Enjoy the sandy beaches and some wing surfing  
  • Overnight stay in Bentota 

Day 3

  • Travel to Galle, the southern-most colonial city by train  
  • Check-in to a hotel in Galle 
  • Enjoy the costal city of Galle, the colonial forts and the harbor 
  • Overnight stay in Galle 

Day 4 and 5

  • Travel to Yala (Hambantota) and check-in to a hotel near or inside the Yala National Park, the most famous wildlife sanctuary in Sri Lanka 
  • Enjoy a safari with an authorized safari guide 
  • Overnight stay in Yala

Day 6

  • Travel to Pasikuda coastal town near Batticaloa 
  • Check-in to a coastal hotel in Pasikuda 
  • Enjoy the golden sandy beaches of Pasikuda 
  • Overnight stay in Pasikuda 

Day 7 

  • Check-in to a pre-booked train from Batticaloa to Colombo Fort railway station and arrive Colombo City, the capital of Sri Lanka 
  • Check-in to a hotel in Colombo 
  • Explore the city of Colombo 
  • Arrival at the Bandaranaike International Airport - Katunayake for late night departure
